Welcome to Lighter Life Tools, a UK-based small business selling admin tools to make your life feel lighter. These Terms & Conditions explain how our digital products are sold and used, and what you can expect when purchasing from us.

1. What You’re Buying

The Big Move Stress Easer and any other resources available through this site are digital downloads (PDFs) giving access to templates (for example, Google Sheets template). When you purchase, a Payhip checkout will open to securely process payment and deliver your digital file.

2. Access & Delivery

You’ll receive instant access to your download after checkout, and a copy of your download link will also be sent to your email.

3. Refunds

Because our tools are available to access instantly, your 14-day right to cancel under UK law ends once your download begins. However, if you purchase a tool and aren’t happy that it will bring more organisation, you can ask for a full refund within 3-days of purchase. We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

4. Copyright

All materials, downloads, and content on this site are the property of Lighter Life Tools. You may not:
